Download official CTET previous year question papers and answer keys directly, organized by exam cycle. These are sourced from CBSE’s official CTET archive at ctet.nic.in. Each question paper is paired with its matching official answer key so you can self-check your practice attempts.
Two cycles have a documented gap in the official archive itself: the December 2021 question paper is no longer published (only its answer keys remain available, listed at the bottom), and three specific dates from the December 2022 cycle (12 Jan, 13 Jan, and 19 Jan 2023) are missing from the official file host. For the December 2022 cycle, only the Hindi and English medium papers are listed below, since that cycle uniquely published a separate booklet for every Language I / Language II combination.
